We are looking for a skilled cook with leadership qualities to join our amazing team. No late nights, closed at 3pm on all Stats and closed over Christmas so you can spend time with your family.

We are a very busy scratch kitchen that is open for breakfast, lunch and occasional dinners, also offering retail items sold in the bistro and several retail accounts. Bring your creativity as we are open to showcasing your dishes on the seasonal features menu.

The right candidate will support our Kitchen Manager either on cooking line, prep kitchen or Retail program which is growing rapidly.

Additional duties will include;

Inventories, prep list management, par levels, feature menu development, staff training, off site community events, temperature checks, liase with Health Inspector. and more.

Must have relible transportation if not living local, be committed to working a full time schedule and bring a positive attitude to a thriving environment. You must also have a valid Food Safe permit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
