Role Description
The Site Supervisor role at Forest Hill Residential is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON. The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor activities, conducting site inspections, addressing resident concerns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. The Site Supervisor will work closely with property management to implement solutions that enhance the community's overall livability and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management and facility operations, including vendor coordination and staff supervision
- Strong ability to conduct site inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Proficiency in record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for resolving resident concerns and ensuring smooth operations
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and building compliance standards
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using management software and technology tools is an asset
- Prior experience in a residential or condominium management environment is a plus
