Now Hiring: General Labourer - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team on afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will have previous shop experience and a strong technical background. Experience working in the plastics industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with machine operation.
  • Perform basic maintenance, cleaning and setup tasks.
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Support production efficiency and follow safety procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or shop experience required.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious.

Shift & Compensation:

  • Steady afternoon shift position. 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
  • Hourly rate: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium for the afternoon shift.

Forklift and crane training a plus.

Experience in an plastic injection molding environment would be an asset.

Must be able to repeatedly move large plastic parts (up to 25 pounds).

Must be able to work afternoon shift.

Must be able to follow direction and work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
