We're looking for reliable, hard-working people to help install Christmas lights on residential homes in Oakville. This is a seasonal job running until late December, perfect if you want steady hours before the holidays.
About the Job
- Hours: 8–4 or 9–5 (6–8 hour days), Monday–Friday
- Weekly Hours: ~30–40
- Install Christmas lights on residential properties across Oakville
- Outdoor work involving ladders, roofs, and setup
- Some light door-to-door outreach is required between jobs (talking to neighbours, offering quick quotes, handing out postcards)
- You'll receive strong sales training so you feel confident and comfortable — nothing aggressive, just friendly conversations that help create more business on each street
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, positive attitude
- Able to get to job sites in Oakville
- Comfortable chatting with homeowners
- Any trades, labor, or sales experience is a bonus but not required
