About the Role:

Join our team at Royal Metro College as a
Marketing & Student Recruitment Coordinator
You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of local marketing and student recruitment strategies at Royal Metro College. Your focus will be on promoting our programs within the local English-speaking community, engaging with prospective students, and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys both marketing and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote RMC programs and act as an ambassador to prospective local students.
  • Support the Admissions Team by advising English-speaking candidates interested in enrolling.
  • Participate in recruitment events: open houses, school visits, career fairs, and virtual workshops.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and recruitment campaigns targeting the domestic market.
  • Manage marketing materials and maintain inventory.
  • Track and report on marketing and recruitment activities.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field, or hands-on experience in marketing or student services.
  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or student engagement is an asset.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, email marketing tools.
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
