Manages staff service activities, resources, budget and schedulingSupervises and mentors the team; conduct recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluationContributes to the menu and ensures that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliberMaintains and promotes updated knowledge of company policies and proceduresCollaborates with management and coordinates food and beverage service for special eventsWhat You Bring
1 to 2 years experience in restaurant supervision or an equivalent combination of education, and experienceThe ability to obtain registration with either the BCLC, AGLC or AGCO (based on province)FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC) / Mini Food Safety Course (In Alberta)DealUs In training completed prior to start date (In Alberta)Leadership skills – able to direct and supervise staffCustomer service skills – able to exceed guest expectationsAble to lift up to 15 poundsWhy Work for Us?
