Well, look no further. A builder/developer in Toronto is looking for a talented, passionate and hard-working Finishing Site Superintendent for their mid and high rise developments. If you have 5+ years of residential construction experience and eager to join a great team then this would be a good fit for you.

You must have rigorous knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, interpreting drawing and have an impeccable attention to detail. Professionalism and leadership capabilities wont go unnoticed. Additionally, you must maintain a safe working environment as well as delivering high quality results till finish. Not to mention, you must be timeline and budget driven.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all projects within the scope of the Finishing Site Super role.  This includes: tracking progress, managing trades, complying with regulations, ensuring deadline completions and running a safe site.
