Other Information

  • Perform maintenance and repairs: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. 
  • Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential risks before they become major problems. Entering data on a spreadsheet.
  • Ensure safety and compliance: Make sure all facility operations comply with safety and environmental regulations and maintain a safe working environment for occupants.
  • Respond to issues: Promptly address maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Coordinate with others: Work with other facility personnel and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, keeping records of those conversations and solutions.
  • Manage inventory: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities for reporting and historical purposes.
