About the Role

As a strategic partner to business leaders, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. This individual will support multiple sites and departments, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving performance, engagement and organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive performance, compliance, and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead initiatives focused on retention, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation programs.
  • Collaborate on organizational change, leadership development and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
  • Experience managing HR responsibilities across multiple sites or business units.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of building trusted partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%; bilingual in Spanish is an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
