We're a busy building supplies and flooring showroom serving both homeowners and contractors. Our focus is on delivering top-quality products and excellent customer service. We're growing and looking to add two motivated Sales Associates to our team.

Job Summary:

As a Flooring Showroom Sales Associate, you'll assist customers in selecting flooring products that best suit their needs, provide product knowledge, process sales, and help maintain an organized and professional showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on flooring materials, trims, and installation products
  • Generate quotes, process sales, and follow up with customers
  • Maintain clean and organized displays and samples
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with excellent customer service

Schedule:

We're hiring two team members to cover the following store hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $18 – $20 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 1% on all personal sales

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or showroom sales experience preferred (flooring or building supplies a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
