Job Title: Facilities Engineering Summer Student ~ RQ 25- 46~

We are searching for an eager Facilities Engineering Summer Student. Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Engineering, you will be working closely with our Engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work with a practicing professional engineers and gain exposure to their daily activities.

This is a position based out of Calgary. The summer student position is full-time with a start date of May to August 2026.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake small projects supervised by a Senior Engineer.
  • Assist the team with project applications to governmental authorities.
  • Work with the Facilities Engineers on project file creation and management.
  • Support the team with project cost tracking.
  • Aid with the development of project scopes, design reviews and project scheduling.

Your Qualifications:

  • Eligible candidates will have completed their 2nd or 3rd year in a mechanical, chemical, or petroleum university program will be returning to school following the end of the work term
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Prior experience in oil and gas considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and develop their skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
