Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales across various retail settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology sales, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising or POS systems are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the retail space is clean and inviting
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Support team members in achieving sales goals through collaborative efforts

Requirements

  • 5 years or moreProven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Experience with product demos, upselling, and customer service excellence
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
  • Organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
  • Prior experience in merchandising, retail sales, or cashiering is advantageous
