Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers, food preparation, and cash handling, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
  • Assist in stocking supplies and organizing workstations for smooth operations
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards and sanitation practices

Skills

  • Experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales performance
  • Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
