Job Summary

We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented retail sales associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS systems
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
  • Assist customers with inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Take inventory of cannabis & vape products and ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
  • Receiving inventory accurately, with an ability to lift boxes and ensure all discrepancies are identified to your supervisor/ manager.
  • Accurate stock counting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service or a combination of industry knowledge preferred.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours and multitask efficiently
  • Cannasell certifificate
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
