Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Grocery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers in finding products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking expiration dates.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Unload Deliveries and cross reference invoice to ensure all product arrived as per invoice.
  • Cashiering duties as needed.
  • Carry out Groceries for Customers

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with product demos is a plus.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50lb.
  • Must be able to be on your feet all day.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must speak fluent English.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
