As a key member of the Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion team, this Program Manager role will play a key role in advancing the company's inclusion priorities. This position supports the execution of the Corporate Citizenship & Inclusion strategy through cross-functional collaboration, thoughtful program design, and knowledge of inclusion practices.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison for all Employee Networks, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and leadership development
- Partner with Employee Network leadership teams to develop annual plans, budgets, and programming aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-network collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize impact and inclusivity
- Communicate and showcase the impact of employee networks through internal communications channels, including intranet features, leadership updates, and social platforms; ensure visibility of key milestones, member stories, and program outcomes to foster engagement and recognition across the organization
- Measure, monitor and report on the health of Employee Networks including membership, programming, and network engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement
What The Role Offers
- Design, plan, and execute global inclusion events and campaigns that reflect the diversity of our workforce
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Communications, HR, Learning & Development) to ensure alignment and amplification of inclusion initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support inclusion efforts of the organization
- Act as a key partner and champion for inclusive practices and employee engagement strategies
- Leverage dashboards and data analytics to monitor progress against inclusion goals, identify trends and gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify targeted strategies that drive measurable impact
- Identify opportunities to enhance inclusion programming through innovation, feedback, and industry best practices
- Provide support to the VP, Corporate Citizenship & Inclusion, with the execution of the Corporate Citizenship strategy
- Create presentation materials for senior leaders
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, HR, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Inclusion
- Deep understanding of the inclusion landscape and belonging principles, with sensitivity to global and intersectional perspectives
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to collect, manage, analyze and track data and translate data visually for decision making purposes, familiarity with data analytics and inclusion metrics
- Skilled in fostering inclusive communities, supporting employee networks, and driving meaningful participation across diverse groups
- Experience designing and delivering impactful global events and campaigns
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with various teams across the business
- Well-organized, resourceful, and efficient with impeccable attention to detail
