Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing quality control tasks, and collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and precise machining processes. Daily tasks include programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery, verifying machine settings, inspecting finished products, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

  • Machine Operation and Machining skills
  • Experience in Quality Control tasks and ensuring product accuracy
  • Proficiency in operating milling machines and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is beneficial
