Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and overall function.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, rehabilitation processes, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
