SILEX Fiberglass Windows and Doors is looking for a motivated, reliable, and physically capable individual to join our growing production team. No prior experience in window manufacturing is required — full training is provided.

This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple skills, participate in cross-training, and build a long-term career in a stable and expanding company.

Job Type / Category

  • Read production paperwork.
  • Assembling frames.
  • Cutting materials
  • Glazing windows
  • Pick all material from the Bill of Materials list.
  • Apply accessories

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to use hand and power tools (training available)
  • Able to read and understand measurements
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing some lifting when needed
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required
