Job Description

Power Muscle & Fitness is urgently seeking Client Experience Associates (Front Desk Receptionists) for our location in Carlingwood Mall. We are looking for full-time and part-time employees who are available days, evenings and weekends The ideal candidate is a CUSTOMER SERVICE focused, energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and proactive team member dedicated to delivering an amazing member experience.

The Client Experience Associate plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the gym including members, staff and potential clients. Reporting to the Team Manager, the receptionist will be the first point of contact for the facility and perform various administrative tasks. Your high energy, passion for wellness, and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere to our valued members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone entering the gym with a smile and Welcome to PMF
  • Process payments
  • Register new members
  • Respond to phone calls, email and in-person requests
  • Accept and log deliveries
  • Rerack Weights
  • Ensure cleanliness in the facilitiy (lobby, changerooms, gym space)
  • Promote the gym's facilities and services
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Assistant Club Manager

  • Excellent communication skills (bilingual in English and French is a strong asset)
  • Intermediate computer skills (will be trained on membership software)
  • Organized and efficient
  • Bilingual Preferred

Requirements and Experience

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ year experience in a similar role (office reception, retail sales, fitness club)
  • Available to work days, evenings and weekends
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
