Lash Technician

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions and recommend suitable products.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments.

**Experience**
- Background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience with front desk operations is an advantage.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
