Replay Destinations is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team in Vancouver, BC. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial analysis, project reporting, and investor communications across Replay's development projects.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site FP&A Analyst role in Vancouver, BC. The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role involves interpreting financial data to provide strategic insights, supporting decision-making processes, and developing key performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and contributing to the company's long-term planning initiatives.
Responbilities
- Update and maintain financial models and internal proformas for active development projects.
- Prepare periodic investor reports, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation of project performance.
- Conduct project-level analyses, including cash flow projections, budget vs. actual tracking, and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial analysis and reporting related to development projects.
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of related experience
- Commerce/business degree (finance, accounting, or real estate preferred)
- Experience with financial modeling
- Ability to think creatively and critically
- Self-starter who makes things happen
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Advanced skills using MS Excel
- Detail-oriented individual who can meet deadlines and objectives
- Focus on delivering high-quality work to both internal and external audiences
- Willingness and ability to learn and grow within the organization
Compensation
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $77,500 per annum. The starting salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, based on factors such as experience, education, and performance relevant to the role.
The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits and participation in the company's RRSP matching program following the applicable eligibility period.
