Our Shop Helpers are committed to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers by performing maintenance, set up, and assorted duties for the service department. Responsibilities

Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment
Assist Service Technicians in the repair of equipment
Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required in set-up and delivery process
May do pre-delivery inspection, assemble and service all types of equipment
Maintenance, cleaning and tidying duties for all areas of the shop and grounds
Ensure safety regulations are followed by self and others
Participate in training to increase skills and knowledge
Build and maintain constructive co-worker relationships

Requirements

Have a positive attitude & demonstrate a willingness to learn and succeed 
Be mechanically minded, and have experience performing service repairs/maintenance
Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems an asset
Farming background/experience an asset
Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be considered an asset
High School Diploma/equivalent 
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
