We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in a **_Shop Helper_** role. This position will be an integral part of daily operations, tasked with a variety of activities ranging from general cleanup and shipping to saw cutting and waterjet operation. While this is an entry-level position, there is ample opportunity to progress for the right individual.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General shop maintenance/cleanup (topping up coolant in the machine shop, recycling management, material organization).
- Material preparation (operating saw/waterjet, deburring stock/parts).
- Assistance in shipping/receiving and inventory management.
- Lending an extra set of hands wherever needed on any given day.

**Required Skills**:

- Mechanical aptitude, desire to tinker and understand how things work.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing and evolving environments.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.

You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. You must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Canada, be an approved refugee or have a Canadian open work permit to be allowed to work in Canada.
