Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures
  • Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
  • Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a spotless finish
  • Manage light housekeeping duties like changing bed linens and tidying up clutter to enhance the home's comfort
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
  • Use proper janitorial techniques and cleaning products to ensure safety and effectiveness in all tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform sanitation tasks thoroughly while adhering to health standards
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours on a casual or part-time basis based on client needs
  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude to provide top-notch customer service
  • Reliable vehicle is a must.
