Job Summary

We are currently hiring four (4) Female Cleaners to join our janitorial team in Mississauga. The ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in general cleaning task

Responsibilities

  • Broom sweep with pick-up bag and push mop to remove litter and debris from all floor areas throughout the facility.
  • Dust and wash counters, fronts, walls, doors, furniture, telephones, and water coolers; spot mop floors.
  • Thoroughly wash and disinfect all washroom walls and fixtures including urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, dispensers, waste receptacles, stall partitions, closets, and counters.
  • Remove all litter and debris and vacuum all carpeted areas.
  • Dust and clean elevator walls and controls, and vacuum and wash elevator tracks.
  • Push mop / pick up bag and broom floors and refuse, including lounges, entrance ways, stairways, and cafeteria areas.
  • Work in a safe manner in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to unexpected or immediate cleaning needs.
  • Comply with Employee Handbook, uniform, and grooming standards at all times.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and/or manager.

Requirements

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; training available.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Physically able to handle cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Valid driver's license an asset (vehicle preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic communication skills (ability to report issues and follow safety protocols)
  • Willingness to comply with company policies, uniform, and grooming standards
