Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stylist to join our team. As Men Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our valued clients. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills and build lasting relationships with clients. If you are passionate about hair styling and delivering top-notch service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling services to clients

  • Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hairstyles

  • Perform various hair treatments, including shampooing, conditioning, and coloring

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station

  • Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments

  • Engage in retail sales of hair care products and upsell services to clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction

  • Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Men Stylist

  • Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and trends

  • Proficient in using barbering tools and equipment

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
