Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Pool Attendant with certifications in lifeguarding to join our team in providing exceptional service at a swimming pool in North York. This role is vital in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, contributing to our mission of enhancing community well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
  • Monitor pool conditions and report any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular pool testing procedures.
  • Provide assistance in case of medical emergencies.

Qualifications

  • NLS & First Aid with CPR-C is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest services is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with children and families.
  • Knowledge of pool safety regulations is an asset.
  • Experience in recreation, hospitality or food service is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Available Hours

Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 4:00-9:30 pm

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 2:00-9:30 pm
