Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need, ensuring a positive experience during stressful situations.

Duties

  • Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
  • Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles and services provided.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing services.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and towing operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Towing experience would be preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must Speak & Write English, Reliable, Friendly, & Energetic
