Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated delivery truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Canadian "G" license. This person should be professional and courteous and be able to take direction from supervisors. A forklift licence would be advantageous. In order to be accepted by our insurance provider, the candidate must be at least 25 years of age with a clean record.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate equipment.
  • Drive the truck to and from jobsites.
  • Help deliver drywall and other building materials.
  • Help load the truck with materials to be delivered.
  • Alert supervisor to any issues with the equipment.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.

Heavy lifting required. Drywall especially is heavy, along with other items like concrete bags for example. Many heavy items.

Wages to be discussed at interview time.
