Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Smiles Dental Group Full time $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description
*Smiles Dental Group is the largest locally owned dental group in Edmonton, and that scale matters if you want a stable, high-output career instead of chasing slow days. We are growing quickly, including a new South Edmonton clinic, but this position is not tied to that location. It exists because our core associates are taking more time off for family and personal reasons, and we fully support that work life balance. Many of our long-term dentists have young families and are able to maintain their desired lifestyle while working fewer shifts per week because of the consistent, full schedules and systems we have in place. That only works if the schedules they step away from remain fully covered. You are not building a patient base from scratch. You are stepping directly into an established, busy schedule with flexibility across multiple locations based on your preferences and availability.
This role is for dentists who want consistent volume in a well-run operation, not a quiet chair and excuses. We serve more than 65,000 active patients and add 500 to 800 new patients every month. Full-time associates routinely produce between $100,000 and $150,000 per month with collections near 99 percent because the systems, support, and clinical flow are disciplined. You will work in a fully digital environment with CBCT, 3D printing, and experienced clinical and administrative staff who know how to keep the schedule moving. Ambitious new grads are encouraged to apply because the mentorship is structured to build real competence quickly, not just leave you to figure it out alone.
What We Offer
Established, busy schedules from day one
Flexible shifts and location options to support family and lifestyle
High patient volume with strong new patient flow
Fully digital clinics with CBCT and 3D printing
Trained support teams that protect your time and efficiency
Real mentorship for new graduates who want to grow fast
We expect strong communication, reliable treatment planning, and solid skills in core general dentistry including extractions, molar endo, crown and bridge, and restorative procedures. If you prefer a slow clinic or avoid higher-skill procedures, this is not the right fit. If you want volume, clear expectations, and a team that supports your pace, this aligns with what we offer. Location flexibility is available across our clinics, but the core of this role is taking over a fully developed schedule and owning it with consistency and professionalism.
Your daily responsibilities include comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, restorative, surgical, and endodontic care, along with accurate documentation and clear, honest treatment planning. You will work with teams that expect efficiency and a high standard of care and that give the same in return. The trade is simple: you bring performance and reliability, and you get high earning potential, predictable patient flow, and long-term work life balance without stepping away from a serious career.
If you want a position with real volume, strong support, and flexibility across established clinics, send your resume to For more information, text Amanda Peterson at
