Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on creating a comfortable and positive experience. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
  • Previous dental office experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with office protocols and patient management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Pay

40% of collections to be paid each month
