Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service while managing inquiries through various channels.

Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and triage all calls to the proper department.
  • Phoning, emailing, and communicating with customers to effectively schedule technicians to site as needed.
  • Monitoring and Managing a shared email account and actioning or forwarding emails to the proper department.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Scheduling return visits, domestic water and heating system shutdowns.
  • Communicate with customers on the status of service calls.
  • Assist with dispatching, take on duties as required to ensure smooth service communication with clients and field staff, and efficient use of time.
  • Creating service calls as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Simpro experience an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

  • Secondary School (preferred)
