We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motorsports Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys powersports, works well with people, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment

Duties Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with initial inquiries in person, by phone, and online
  • Support the sales team with paperwork, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Help maintain showroom presentation (units, displays, signage)
  • Assist customers with product knowledge on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and accessories
  • Coordinate with parts and service departments as needed
  • Process basic sales documentation and customer records
  • Handle POS transactions when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest or background in motorsports/powersports (preferred but not required)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable using computers and basic sales software
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Sales or retail experience is an asset
