JOB TASKS:

  • Greet and assist customers friendly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
  • Document customers' concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
  • Provide shuttle services for customers
  • Explain service options, costs, and timelines.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
  • Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
  • Keep clients updated on repair progress and address any concerns.
  • Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
    Handle warranty administration, including managing and processing claims with the manufacturer.
