We are now currently looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor to join our Brown's Volkswagen Team.

Pay:

$43,000-$50,000 Salary based on experience. Additional Performance Bonuses available after probationary period. Lots of earning potential.

Eligible for benefits after probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information about services.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of services and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
