Job Summary:

The Firm-wide Business Process Management (BPM) Community of Practice (CoP) at Client, part of the Operations and Compliance Technology area, is seeking an experienced Pega Administrator. This role supports the administration, maintenance, and development of multiple Pega applications across the firm. The CoP provides BPM services, tools, and design standards to various business units, offering end-to-end implementations and consulting for workflow orchestration and Pega transformation solutions. The selected candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of Pega-based applications while collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support Pega BPM applications to ensure platform reliability and performance.
  • Oversee Pega system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to support workflow implementations and integrations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Pega platform performance issues, ensuring stability and security.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and configurations in Linux environments.
  • Assist in the design, documentation, and enforcement of BPM standards across projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and contribute to Pega transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with firm-wide policies and best practices for BPM solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega application development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, and HTTP.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) methodologies.
  • Hands-on Java experience is an asset.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
