As a District Assistant you will provide confidential, high-level support to our District Managers and their store networks. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — from coordinating financial reports to supporting recruitment and training, you'll be at the heart of our district operations.
About The Role
Administrative & Operational Support
- Be the first point of contact for Head Office inquiries and district communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for District Managers.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations for district events and training.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
- Keep district data up-to-date across systems and platforms.
Store Operations & Financial Reporting
- Assist in tracking KPIs and financial performance across stores.
- Run daily/weekly reports to support operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding, scheduling, and store updates.
Human Resources Support
- Organize training sessions and track attendance.
- Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and other systems.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and transfer requests.
- Monitor Health & Safety compliance and reporting.
About You
- Post-secondary education diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience working in an administrative support capacity.
- Workday and Workforce Management software experience would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-service mindset.
