Summary

This position is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a professional advisory firm operates. You will assist in coordinating daily operations, managing projects, and improving systems that support both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the organization of office activities and events.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Handle clerical duties including filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional front desk presence, managing multi-line phone systems.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, health administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Based in Ontario with the ability to work onsite in Aurora, Ontario and travel occasionally.
  • A dependable, curious, and teachable attitude with a desire for long-term professional growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
