Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Cook, the Cook's Helper will be responsible for food preparation in accordance with the Canada's Food Guide for children ages two to six years attending various Childcare Programs, helping prepare food for special events, as well as cleaning of the kitchen area.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Cooking Program certificate or equivalent training and experience
  • Must be able to prepare traditional foods
