Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Cúram Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Case Management, Rules, and Financials
to support the delivery of social program solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cúram functionality and the ability to align business requirements with out-of-the-box features.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and ensure alignment with Cúram's out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Support the design and configuration of:
- Eligibility and evidence
- Payments, deductions, and recovery processes
- Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical and QA teams for:
- Configuration validation
- Defect triage
- User acceptance testing
- Ensure successful delivery of social program solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a
Cúram Business Analyst
. - Strong knowledge of
Case Management, Rules, and Financials
within Cúram. - Hands-on experience with business requirement gathering and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with social program delivery and related processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (technical and QA).
Additional Requirements
- Security Clearance
is mandatory for this role.
