Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Location: Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements

About the role 

As an Executive assistant to Regional Directors in our Child Youth and Family team, you will provide timely administrative and executive support including the scheduling of meetings, appointments and travel. Working with other Executive Assistants to coordinate the requirements of the manager's calendar to align with internal stakeholders such as the Executive Team activities and those managed by the SLT of the business unit, as well as with external stakeholders / organisations.

Role Requirements 

  • Tertiary level qualifications in relevant field (e.g. Business)
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders at a senior level
  • Experience supporting managers in the community services sector is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
