Key Responsibilities:

• Centre Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, financial oversight, and curriculum administration.
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide program updates.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive and professional centre environment.
• Centre Growth: Handle assessments, enrollments, and parent conferences while meeting growth goals.
• Program Management: Monitor student progress, create goal-based programs, and ensure a positive learning experience for all.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education.
• Background in education and/or sales with a strong focus on customer service.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, and online scheduling systems.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability and accountability.
• Passion for working with students of all ages.
• Professional, energetic, and flexible demeanor.

• Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Part time: Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
