Job Summary
The Lead Installer plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation process for our products, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer will manage a team of installers, coordinate installation schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of installers during the installation process.
- Review installation plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule installations and address any concerns.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on installation progress and team performance for management review.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong understanding of relevant techniques and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during installations.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality workmanship in all installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to installation work.
- A valid driver's license required for travel to job sites. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while leading a dedicated team in a dynamic work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
