Work Environment

  • Must be able to deal effectively with unruly or unhappy tenants.
  • Time will be spent walking throughout the property, including up and down stairs.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends, and respond to after-hour emergencies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall maintenance of our residential building
  • Manage and participate in resolving all tenant maintenance requests
  • Perform and log regular inspections of all operating equipment and systems
  • Assist in quotations for repairs and general maintenance
  • Partner with trades and external vendors as necessary

Qualifications

  • Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Strong follow up skills and able to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Salary Information

Salary is dependent on experience. Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with transferable skills such as cleaning, maintenance experience (plumbing/electrical), and administration.
