About the Role
You will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair tasks at residential apartments across:
- Montreal North
- South Shore
- Boisbriand
This position requires someone who is punctual, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- Must have your own car and valid driver's license
- Must have a cell phone and be reachable during work hours
- Ability to travel to multiple locations daily
- Experience in tiling, drywall repair/installation, painting, and light plumbing etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Assets
- Experience with general maintenance, renovations, or handyman work
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- 5–10 photos of work you have personally completed (tiling, drywall, painting, plumbing, etc.)

Compensation Package
Pay between $30 (probationary period) -$35
Weekly Gas allowance up to $100
