Revital Health is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator / Medical Office Assistant to join our growing team. If you are organized, motivated, and experienced in delivering exceptional client service, we encourage you to email your resume and seize this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will provide both shared administrative support within a collaborative team and manage individual tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager. If you are competent, flexible, and energized by a busy environment, this is your chance to demonstrate your leadership, computer proficiency, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Revital Health team to achieve clinic objectives.
  • Provide front desk reception, administrative support, and client service.
  • Manage billing, payments, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist clinical staff and the Clinic Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports as required.
  • Manage accounts receivable and assist with coordinating accounts payable.
  • Maintain inventory and prepare clinic/office supply orders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes in an efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience required (medical clinic experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong typing accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling and administrative coordination.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with MVA, WCB, and private insurance billing (asset).
  • Knowledge of Jane Booking Software (asset).
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
