Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the beauty industry, ensuring that both staff and clients have an exceptional experience. As a Salon Floor Manager, you will be responsible for supervising support staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are maintained.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients regarding services, pricing, and appointments through phone etiquette.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote salon services and products to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

Hours:

Tuesday 1-9pm, Wednesday 1-9pm, Thursday 1-9pm, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
