What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Operations Technician – Student, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Process rejected transaction files in cycles and make the necessary corrections;

• Perform corrections submitted to the team following imbalances in accounting reconciliation;

• Participate in updating team procedures;

• Stay informed about contract administration rules, procedures, and product changes;

• Suggest improvements to contract administration and collaborate on their implementation;

• Participate in any other priority project within the department.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in administration or any related field;

• Has strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly;

• Demonstrates judgment, teamwork, versatility, and attention to detail;

• Possesses an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires reading and validating complex legal contracts and written communication with English-speaking clients on a daily basis.
