Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing high-quality, custom built cabinetry in residental and commercial properties. This role requires precise measurements, strong attention to detail and skilled craftmanship to ensure proper installation and finished to industry standards. This role also requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Custom Cabinet Installer will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret kitchen layouts, blueprints and installation plans.
• Measure and prepare installation areas to ensure precise cabinet fit.
• Install custom kitchen cabinets, drawers, harware and trim with accurancy and craftsmanship.
• Make on-site adjustments, cuts and modifications as needed for proper alignment and fit.
• Inspect and level cabinets to ensure structural stability and proper function.
• Install moldings, toe kicks, fillers, panels and other finishing components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficently during installation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide practical solutions.Heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience installing custom kitchen cabinets, millwork, or similar cabinetry.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience measuring, cutting, assembling and fitting cabinets and related componets with prescision.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of cabinet hardware installation and proper finishing techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
